Y experience with your delivery service Was unsatisfactory the people did not to listen to the customer the did not bring the refrigerator in and we had to order 3 different refrigerator and still the delivery person did want to bring the refrigerator in the house until we insisted one person told us that if the bring the refrigerator in that Best Buy will not take it back our experience was very unsatisfactory

purchased for son study abroad. All staff at two locations - mt view & Almaden San Jose - were helpful and responsive. Happy with experience and purchase.

The membership costs more than I would like but can't compare to the cost I would have been charged for service. I feel the cost was well worth it.

Appreciate to have Best Buy provide free with my purchase to have the opportunity to experience the benefits.

I just want to say that the staff at the Braintree mass location are great. The manager and the woman who helped me. Jorden who works at this location assisted me. She was so helpfull and helped two other customers at the same time. All while making sure my situation was good. One of the customers was very rude and she handled it so professionally.

Since I don’t use Best Buy too often, purchasing the membership probably was a waste of time and money, but if you do use it, there’s great deals and warrantees for the products.

Went in to buy a tv, found the one I thought I wanted and two of your associates help explain everything to me about their tv. Came home with a bigger tv and the price was better. With the no interest for 2 years, I came home with my 75” tv. I’m so happy

This is of great value for peace of mind and asjustments to price after purchase for discounted items.

Just get it! You will thank yourself later when the price drops on an item you just bought. Price match is exceptional.

This membership is a great value to any heavy electronic purchasers!

It is ironic when I want or need something or even a last minute gift for my jealous tech lovers “Where did you find or get that ???” ). Best Buy almost always has what we are looking for !!! And than there is the sales ??? Like if you don’t have that much at the moment or time ??? So we start saving and than as our savings increases and for up Best Buy sale price drops comes down !!! So now we can afford it , plus I got extra cash saved for maybe a new dvd or earbuds or electronics!!! Totally so cool !!!

The staff made it very quick and easy to make our purchases. When we went in to make the purchase, we had changed our mind on one of the items and they were very helpful and accommodating. We love the items we bought and we love the staff.

Whether you frequently shop at Best Buy or not, we highly recommend this product.

The membership has a lot of great value to it. I have not bought enough to really see all the benefits, but I was able to return something past the return date and for that it made the membership completely worth the cost.
