This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, we love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases and the 60 day return policy on our purchases

They really make sure to give you all of your money back where you can get it! The program is super easy to use and I know I can get the best deal easily if something comes up. They know how to take care of you!

I never join these memberships. There was value in 1st purchase. Them the 2nd. Really had value when I had a return for a larger drive and had already submitted my receipt to accounting. BB just looked it up on the computer.

I just joined and haven’t used it yet, but I’m excited about unlimited Geek Squad service. I know I’ll be calling!

If you plan to make at least several purchases a year from Best Buy, this membership offers enough discounts that is greater than the price of the membership. However, be ready to regular check their sales and member discounts, otherwise you would just be letting your membership go to waste.

I had to down grade my membership due to budgeting to go back to school but I believe just having any type of subscription is helpful when your always using your computer you are subjecting yourself to ware and tear on your devices.

Thank goodness I signed up for this membership since I've had to return 3 refrigerators and 3 washers since May 13. It is now June 21 and BB is delivering, yet, another washer. If I hadn't purchased this membership I'd have been stuck with products that didn't work correctly right out of the gate. Returning them hasn't been an issue. Just a huge pain in the butt. So, membership great, products suck.

I have bought 4 TVs this year alone. This membership is worth it for anyone buying multiple big things in the same year. Greater warranty coverage, special pricing, and 60 day return windows!

Bought the cheaper membership plan to get a discount. Otherwise haven't experienced many benefits.

I would recommend buying the membership! I gave me the confidence that I needed when purchasing my new iPhone. Plus I get the 50 dollar investment back to spend on something else in the store.

I purchased for $50 and wound up with a $100 credit. Also included a 60 day price batch which has already saved me over $500 since my purchase. Very worth while investment
