Matthew helped me out of a tight spot. My laptop had died and needed to be repaired. I was leaving with my choir to Italy and used the laptop as the source of sheet music. An employee recommended this to me. Made sense to get it as I just missed the return window on an open-box item. Apparently the return window on open-box is only 15 days. This membership extended it to 60 days, and was retroactive as it was 30 days since I purchased a used controller which turned out to be defective.

This is a great service if you use it. If you need tech support you have unlimited access to the geek squad. There are some special pricing on items as well.

This membership was easy to understand and came with great benefits as I outfitted my office. I purchased while making a phone order - customer service was extremely helpful and it's been a breeze to use.

If you are buying large appliances, this just makes sense. It makes more sense to pay the membership fee and have delivery fees waved (as an example). I also took advantage of the extended exchange policy.

By purchasing the membership I was able to save $1,600 on a new refrigerator and when it was delivered, the guy noticed it had a ding in the door and they made it right by offering us a new door or a $500 gift card.

This service saved me big time. I had a tv malfunction due to a manufacturing error and was outside the 14 day standard return policy. Due to the 60 extended window with the plus i was able to exchange the 77inch tv for a new one very easily great safty net in this day and age of less reliable tech.
