I have been a Best Buy customer for many years, and have purchased computers, laptops, televisions, and even an electric toothbrush, and have been treated, always, professionally and courteously.

This is one of the best store in the state- they are pretty cool and knowledgeable- while some salespeople may need a little more experience in customer service, but for the experience is awesome

We came into the Janesville location to look at Black Friday tv deals. We found a great open box deal and looked for a team member for help. Joey came over to help us plug the tv in. He stayed with us and gave great advice on brands and the different quality and types of tvs. He was super helpful. And gave us his undivided attention for over 45 minutes! Helped us pick out 2 very nice new Samsung tvs for our home. He helped make us feel confident in a quality product.

It’s been a while since we were members. It’s that time where several things need attention. Nice to know we can go to Beat Buy and that purchases will be serviced by Geek Squad.

The only real downside to a Best Buy membership is that you have to go into the store if you have any questions, otherwise, if you try to call the store, you are routed to a foreign country and you/or they, may have a difficult time understanding each other.

The program saved me several hundred up front dollars not to mention the free installation as well. It was definitely a benefit to be involved in the program.

Gave discounts i wouldnt otherwise have gotten. So it was worth it. It'll continue to help save on any purchases over the year so it was worth it.

Membership offers good value if used often. The fact that rewards expire is extremely disappointing

[Employee of bestbuy] Membership is pretty decent for the extended return window and pricing but the pricing really only affects computers, tablets, phones, and aceessories not so much deals on TVs or appliances. Just wish for better deals in those areas but overall pretty decent.

Great value. Really comes in handy. I like the extra savings across items I normally would buy.

I bought both an iPad Pro and the Plus program on 5/15/2026. The same iPad Pro was on sale memorial week of 2026, $50 lower than I paid for it less than 30 days earlier. The plus program entitled me to get the $50 lower price; but I was denied the Plus program benefit when I went to a Best Buy store to claim it. I spent too much time at the store for it; it was not worth my time so I gave up my effort to claim it.

For $49.95 this membership is a fine value. The deals on interest-free financing are great. Also the opportunities to earn points as the other option. I picked up a fine laptop of excellent quality. For me, Best Buy continues to be a leader in electronics, and I plan on enjoying my membership benefits for many years to come!

I rarely purchase insurance on appliances, nor do I purchase additional programs such as this one. However, this deal was exceptional and we have definitely benefited from it. Worth the money.
