Current “special deals” are always a ringer for myself I’m prone to impulse shopping so sometimes I have to close the mobile application or I’ll end overboard on my spending

Saved me so so much money on electronic protection plan that it pays for itself! Now I can get protection for multiple items without buying seperate protection.

not bad. Gives you “priority support” according to manager and they value you more as a customer. Kinda bs. Probably wouldn’t recommend this unless you have money to throw. I did have a no questions return on a item 30 days post so that was nice

Being honest here... It's ok of a program. I got it when I bought a new computer and saved many dollars with the membership After I bought the computer what pricing offers fall under the discount with the membership isn't really many. What they should do is on ever purchase based on the price of the purchase you should automatically get a % off. After all you are paying them a decent amount of money each year and you should get something more. When I do buy things at BB all I hear is "Sorry, there are no membership discounts for this item". Mainly larger ticket items. Well, I'm not buying a computer every visit. LOL The question underneath this question asks if I would recommend this membership to a friend. They didn't have an indifferent button so I marked yes. Yes would be for... if you are buying a larger ticket item, then yes it would be worth the membership

The extended return window is a piece of mind and totally worthy it.

My membership was useful when the printer I purchased a week earlier went on sale thanks to an EARLY preview of an upcoming sale. I was able to email my sales associate for a price adjustment instead of making a trip to the store.

My membership is already protecting my purchase and was extremely useful when I had issues with my Motorola phone. Charlie on the Geek Squad was very helpful and excellent to work with me to get it taken care of and get me up and running with my new Edge phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and her professional skills made this a great day for me to enjoy my purchase. Couldn't have had it any better, She's the 'Best' in Best Buy. Great purchase! They did a price match on a tv and sound bar I purchased and I got close to $500 back!

Not worth it. Here's a clue for Best Buy: instead of selling warranties and 'memberships', try actually standing behind your products. Sell only quality equipment, then back them up on your dime. Make sure vendors understand they will be dropped if their product quality drops.

This membership value is great as it lets me purchase more pokemon cards than being a non member!

We purchased an outdoor TV and had it installed by the Geek Squad with an added EERO signal booster. From sales to install, the Best Buy crew we had was flawless. They knew their stuff and their attention to detail was impressive. Not what we were expecting from a big box store. A great experience.

I recently had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, which made the process of finding exactly what I needed much easier. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the fair prices and good deals that were available. If you want an amazing surroundsound, this is it! My daughter bought it for me two years ago for Christmas. This is truly a surround sound without having to spend way too much. Sounds like you’re at the movies and a big or small living room. Liked it so much bought one for each of my daughters for Christmas. Great for movies, TV or Online music it all sounded great.

My son wanted to return a product but was past the return date policy. By purchasing the membership the return date was extended and we were able to get the refund we were wanting.

The membership started out as a great value, especially buy 2, get 1 free on Switch games that was promoted as an "every day" deal. That deal has subsequently been discontinued with no notice. It may be due to Christmas deals upcoming, but it was a disappointment. Money saved on other products has been rather spotty. Sometimes the "member price" is only a few dollars less, so I haven't been able to get a significant savings from this subscription on these items; the items that do have big savings I am not in the market for currently. While I did get my money back and then some with the Switch game deal, the return of the Switch game deal (or something similar) will determine if I renew next year.
