Family shops at bestbuy constantly, saving money while doing so helps a ton!

We had a very good experience at Best Buy. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Will definitely return to store when I need help.

Couple of months on this Membership, from the savings of the 2 purchases I've made so far, it has paid for itself and then some already. Not a bad deal.

This membership saved me $50 on an already ridiculously low sale price 50 inch flat screen at Christmas time. The store associate pointed the savings out by having a membership. Sharp young man to point the membership value out to me.

I also like the protection plan it offers but I do miss the discounts I used to receive after a purchase

I purchased an open box tv, when installed, it continuously restarted,spent 2 hours troubleshooting only to find it was not fixable, as I stated initially. I was told to return to store, I thought the internet signal might be weak, and purchased a mesh network, this caused me to miss the window to return that wasn't shared with me. When I went to store, the manager saw me walk in, immediately disregarded me, after several minutes she finally recognized me, and then told me that tv's weren't accepted for return on item box purchases. I told her I was instructed to return it and as I was trying to explain the situation, she interrupted me again to state "any return is at the discretion of the manager" and refused to accept it. I finally was able to explain, she refused again, I asked her to review my account and then announced that my window had closed and I must purchase the plan to return. I will never return to a Best Buy again, I currently use 11 tv's 4 computers, a home owner with all Samsung appliances, and Project Manager of large Solar Construction sites in excess of 400 acres and I will never buy anything from Best Buy again for any of these activities.

I like the membership because it give you discounts, and sometimes free stuff.

The laptop we purchased went on sale 3 weeks later and we were able to get that additional $150 back. Great feature!
