It only took a couple trips to Best Buy for the Plus Membership to pay itself off! I also highly recommend this to anyone with a Best Buy Credit Card. I go to Best Buy frequently throughout the year and it has been worth it to me.

Daughter was going to college so we needed several electronic pieces. By buying the membership they were able to discount several items to a much lower price.

If you are a frequent buyer at Bestbuy, it is a good deal, Best Buy has member price very often, I got a smart door locker, it should be 279, but member price is 209. One purchase, I made my money back.

Poor communications and service. I had tec out 4 times and they still did not successfully complete my install. I've been to the store to complain and now my customer support person won't call me back.

Love the added benefits for being a member, I purchased a tv went on vacation & forgot to exchange it. When I had realized I was told I was still within the 60 day return window which was nice!

I bought it to return a graphics card and another item beyond the usual 7-day return policy. It's a good program overall, but I haven't utilized it in a way that justifies the purchase yet.
