Hello I’m writing in regards to give your company some feedback for growth and improvement. I haven’t shopped your store in a while other than this transaction. I was very disappointed with how the store manager handled my situation. To add more to this I actually went back again about a week ago to another location that was 4plus hours from my home. I like about 2 minutes from a Best Buy. I was in the market for the new meta display glasses and was told my customer service several times that I would be able to purchase them in store the day of my demo which was a lie. I was told several times I talked to three different individuals before making this trip. I did the demo and ordered the glasses to only be told they would arrive on or near December 30th. I’m very disappointed in how this organization operates. From customer service knowledge over the phone to not being able to speak to a person in the actual store to the store manager.

Nice that I have 2 months for returning purchases, if necessary.

The membership with 60 days extended return window is really good for Best Buy Plus members. It also provides me extra discount beyond regular deal prices to regular customers without such membership. It's only 50 bucks per year so it's worth the deal so far.
