I used to get benefit of the 60 day return window for free with the now defunct elite plus membership program. I got this when there was a half back promotion. Got a good price on am album and have bought a couple of things with the security of the return window. If this wasn't provided free in the past, it would be a good deal.

The saleman was nice and understanding your needs. Very patient about helping you to make a decision on a product that i was thinking about buying.

This used to be a great value and for some it still will be, however I've received too many terrible quality products from BB to want to shop here anymore, let alone pay for a yearly membership.

I got my membership cost back in discounts on my first purchase and now I get a discount on basically everything else I buy that has the membership discount. Well worth the cost if you shop a lot at Best Buy or have a lot to buy.
