I haven't used this to it's full potential but the 60 day return policy makes it all worth it. I'm always checking the best buy exclusive deals and it has a lot of awesome deals.

I tried to cancel my membership plan and nobody from Best Buy let me know if I was successful in canceling my membership plan online. I am not the most tech savvy person on the planet and would like to know if I was successful in cancelling my membership plan. If someone could email me back, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

This membership got $50 off of a new Google Pixel phone, thus offsetting the yearly charge for the membership itself. As an electronics geek it was a no brainer to hopefully see more, better deals, but it really hasn't come to fruition yet. If it is free, try a year, 1 good deal will make it worth it. Just don't expect the deals to come flying at your face I guess.

[Employee of bestbuy] Honestly the 60 day return policy and member prices are unbeatable. I shop all the time at Best Buy and last year I saved over $200.

Bought membership as part of the deal to get a better price on a restocked computer. Unfortunately the geek squad member never fully restored the drivers, so I returned it for an exchange as was promised I could do. Then they tried to upsell to a new computer as conveniently they did not have another similar restock model. And of course the my Best Buy membership was not refunded. So I am out $50 with no actual product. A real scam!!!

Product was ready to pickup when arrived and customer service was very friendly
