Just Luvin' my new Samsung OLED S90D TV. Other than having to do 2 factory resets (which restored performance perfectly) this is by far the best I've ever had. The color, contrast and resolution are everything the other reviewers (and manufacturer) reported. I can't speak to the sound quality as I purchased a lower level Samsung sound bar to go with it. I did have an auxiliary amp setup with my previous TV but this is the first I've had the benefit of a subwoofer which provides a theater-like experience. So glad I got this package!

So far I have only been able to set up an appointment to correct a TV installation. Used the chat line (prefer phone) to get a date for service. I can't really determine satisfaction with the "membership" until I see if the problem gets fixed. The individual on the chat line was helpful in setting up the appointment. I don't know if I recommend service yet, but have to answer Y/N to this survey.

I haven’t used it for anything so far other than the initial purchase. I didn’t need to return the items I bought so have not needed to use the extended return window. I did like the peace of mind knowing I had more time if I needed to return the items.

I think I've had this membership for about two years now. The best thing about it is getting access to really good deals. Like, we needed a new fridge, and I was able to find a really good deal on a samsung fridge. I am a frequent buyer at best buy, so if you are one too, this might be worth it. I think that the price fo the membership makes up for itself with the savings on items you purchase. If you are not a frequent buyer, this may not be for you.

Even if you don't shop at Best Buy often, it is worth it. I only shop 1-3 times a year and between the discounts on the items I need in store and the vastness of the items I purchase online, it's worth it. Upgraded my router. Without the membership it was $50 more. Even at full price the router was cheaper than purchasing online. Since that purchase, I have used to purchase online items with their great coupons and reduced prices for Best Buy Days! FREE SHIPPING! You will be surprised at the items you can purchase online at Best Buy, just got 4 foldable outdoor chairs ?!? Never would have thought. They were $25 cheaper than the cheapest place online and paid no shipping.

signed up for My Best Buy Plus a few months ago and it’s been worth it for me. The free shipping is quick, the member pricing actually saves me money, and the protection perks give some peace of mind when I buy electronics. I shop here often enough that the membership pays for itself. No issues so far and the benefits stay consistent

This membership is a good value. My only negative is that it came with a $50 promotion certificate that was emailed to me. Unfortunately, it went into my junk email box and I didn't see it until after it expired. I stopped into the store and was told to call customer service and they would reissue the certificate. When I called the phone number they gave me, I was told they wouldn't reissue it so now I'm out the $50. I wish they would have just given a gift card at the time of purchase instead of emailing it a week later.
