Overall it’s a decent value. Shipping is fast. Returns are painless. The only thing missing is a movie library to watch like some other companies provide.

I enjoy using my membership. I’ve gotten good deals with my membership. Which is always a plus.

It’s really good I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years now they kind of fill in the blank to different stores like RadioShack being out of business. I used to really like the geek squad but I hear that there’s a reduction in those areas.

This membership is great, price and save are very good, but I hope we have more save categories.

Got the membership for free (paid $50 to save $50). Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it. I feel like the sale on the membership was nothing more than Best Buy just trying to show inflated sign-up numbers to shareholders. If I purchased more items at Best Buy it might come in more use, but I usually don’t. So here we are.

I think its ok . I think the geek squad is trying to take advantage of me. Over sell protection.

All I know is, we saved a lot of money with this membership. Best buy has so many things to choose from! We love the associates and the quality of products.
