This is what makes Best Buy truly different from other retailers. This gives you piece of mind of any price changes that happens after your purchase. I actually had to file a discounted price review 3 weeks after my purchase. And within 30 mins, they resolved it. You also get discounts in other software areas that compete with large scale discounters.

I've never been unhappy with purchases from Best Buy (and there have been a lot of them over the years). Staff is knowledgeable about their products from cell phones to appliances. Their follow-up membership plans are excellent and extend the customer support. The most perks are with their "total" plan, but we are very happy with the more affordable Plus plan.

Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

The biggest benefit for me is the free 2-day shipping, which has saved me a lot of time and money on electronics and accessories. I also like the exclusive member deals — I’ve already scored a few great discounts that more than paid for the membership itself. It helps me get a discount on thing I purchase, and I been a member of BestBuy fo a long time, having this is exclusive to be part of a tech m the biggest tech store and the offer is reasonable especially if you have a price match .

Stop putting new employees on front registers. This woman asked for everything but my 1st born child after I handed her my card and drivers license. Never had to answer so many questions to pay a bill. Then she had to call for assistance to process my check ( as if I would hand HER cash). I decided to pay the entire balance to keep from going through the same ordeal again.

TV and sound bar are great. Wonderful color. Easy to use.

I wasn't sure about getting this option. Thought it would just be extra money, and unwise spent money, but now glad I made the investment.

I got this membership because I was recommended it buy a store associate, who actually helped me returned an item after it’s expired return date. Did not know that the membership includes a month to return items instead of its 14day return policy. Which is great opportunity for us as customers to try something out before actually being locked in to the item we choose. In my case I got the meta quest 3 and was not satisfied with it , therefore I returned the item. This membership has other great perks as Item discounts on top of store discounted items , 2 day shipping (which is great) and upcoming sales and events. Very great perks and well worth it, I personally myself might upgrade my membership to their Best Buy total membership.

However, there was a small hiccup—when asked about the Best Products Plus program, we said we weren’t members. The agent enrolled us without fully explaining that there were different levels of membership, and we ended up with a billable tier we hadn’t anticipated. That said, the installation process more than made up for it. The technician was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very well-organized. He walked us through everything and ensured the setup went smoothly. We highly recommend including Geek Squad for any installations and old equipment removal—they truly elevate the overall experience.
