They were helpful but it's been a while. They always sell me something I don't need and have to return. They did fix my older computer and put a new board in it and did a good job at that.

I was at the Best Buy on Eldorado Road and North Dallas Tollway, Frisco, Texas. The person helped me was Mohammed. Talked to his manager Brent. Mohammed is an excellent helper. He took time to resolve the problem I had and saved BestBuy $ 700.

The $50 fee provides very little in the way of real benefits. This sentiment stems from the removal of the Reward Zone points where it felt like being a loyal customer was rewarded and appreciated. This new plan is so empty that it makes me question how serious Best Buy is about staying in business, sadly. The best part of this membership is the generous return /exchange period which does remove some stress from larger purchases. So it's not all negative sentiment from me.

If you are looking to get back into vinyl and have a Best Buy near you, this is a great membership! I prefer to purchase my vinyl records in store rather than having them shipped as have heard nothing but horror stories from shipping, especially down here in Florida.
