bought for son's college, he likes it. However, we signed up for credit card with no interest. then came $59 FEE CHARGE. What for?? terrible business policy.

If you shop frequently it can be an advantage. At the time of my purchase I felt it was worth it for extended return time in the event it was needed when purchasing a laptop.

Not a bad deal. Got if with the purchase of a PS5 and I hopefully will be using it for Black Friday.

I have actively used best buy for most of my technology and game needs and this subscription just made it that much better. Love the great deals on switch games. Makes my collection grow faster. As well as the pokemon cards! Definitely give it a try.

The yearly membership is great if you buy a lot of Best Buy. I tend to buy here and there but not all the time. And I don't have time to be pricing things out at other stores. So if you have patience and can find an item cheaper somewhere other than BestBuy, then utilizing the membership can help. Just not for me.

I was expecting more from this membership but it barely did anything for me. The deals fluctuate year round and sometimes repeat a few months later, so not much of a deal. Sometimes, deals will actually be better at other competitor sites. My biggest complaint is that I don't get points for making all this purchases, so what exactly is the point of this membership? Also, some of my orders will get canceled without any notification and will disappear on my account. I expected BB customer service to help during these situations, but the majority of the time they can't even do anything and will just give me generic answers. BB will price match without a membership, so once again, no point of paying $50 annually. I also don't get any notification for restocked items or new items - I thought memberships were supposed to give us that advantage? I highly doubt that I'll renew this membership.
