This membership has plenty of benefits and allows me to have peace of mind whenever I buy something from Best buy. Since I shop here often for TVs, phones, laptops, and car systems, it only made sense for me to purchase

Best buy membership is like amazon prime but at a fraction of the price. Allowed us to return a bad item we got (It was Samsung's fault, not Best Buy's) with no problem at all even after the normal return windows had closed. 100% recommended

I'm glad it was cancelled very quickly and online: no more physical media movies, no great service in store. However, if you buy only electronics and appliances, this is a great deal -- just make sure to always check BestBuy.com and order from the front of store -- associates are ok, and parking/location is great, too!

With this purchase bestbut was able to retrieve all my phone memories to my new phone the old phone was not working at all

I have received a couple benefits from the program but wish for more and better notification of discounts.

We just experienced a number of power surges that required us to replace a number of electronics and having this Plus membership has made the replacements a bit less painful with the pricing break. It was a good purchase for us.
