This is the best membership you can have if you buy electronic appliances or computer. I cannot buy anything without this membership

As a first time member was not sure of the value. But after the first few months we were able to see the value and made purchases direct from the app based membership notices.

I was pleasantly surprised when the program details & perks were explained to me. It makes total sense to opt in on the program. I am 82 plus & strongly recommend membership.

Best has been my go to for 10 years between the warranties and the membership you cant go wrong, ive saved so much money doing this.

I think that if you shop at Best Buy a lot this is the way to go!! Its great for shipping, price gets lowered and its only $50.00. I will continue to be a member and the geek squad helps alot.

I purchased a Sony TV while there was a $50 rewards certificate offer. It took about a month to the $50 rewards certificate was issued and I subsequently used it towards an open-box (Belkin - BOOST↑CHARGE Pro Wireless Power Bank 10K) and paid the difference on my credit card. However, a few days after receiving the item I noticed it was 5k version with less chance capacity. I then returned it to my local Best Buy store and explained the issue hoping for an exchange but ultimately being issued a refund. However, I only received the difference of $19.29 and not the $50 rebate certificate I also used. To this day it still get the run around and don’t know if/when I will get it back. First I was told 7 days after the return, called back after that period I was told it’s actually 15 days after the return I will get the $50 rebate back. Then they told it’s actually 15 business days. Now I’m told it’s 45 days and they will also escalate the issue. Meanwhile, the customer service representative are all based in India and I feel like they are saying anything to get me off the phone. Anyways, as of right now I have no plans to purchase anything else from Best Buy and would like not recommend My Best Buy Plus membership.

The membership is a real value. Will you purchase item you purchased them? For a lower price, price, which nowadays helps a lot!

I found the tv that my Buttercup wanted. The price was great. And the tv was perfect for her. We purchased a 86in LG tv. Thank goodness that I purchased the membership. Saved a $100
