Got it at a discount, the deals are nice, but unless you spend a lot often I Don't think most would need it.

I was purchasing apple care for a product, so it just made sense to get it for free through this membership. I also purchased a member only deal for my keyboard, so it won't be long until it pays for itself

Im a new member but it seems like it was a good idea for me to get a membership and earn benefits

We are very happy with the dryer which we purchased when joining the membership. We earned a $50 certificate. However, after refunding a product originally purchased with the certificate, Best Buy did not reissue any certificate. And, it took almost a month chatting with 4 live agents to reach this unsatisfactory conclusion.

This membership has some good deals. Especially if you purchase items from Best Buy often.

The sales person - Anthony - was great. I had problems with the delivery which resulted in needing to take 3 days off to finally get the delivery. I had hoped for some recognition as none of the problems were caused by me.
