I think it is an AMAZING thing to have… I mean who plans on dropping there phones and cracking the screen? No one but it happens more often than we could count.. great membership to pay for!!

I did get very good install service through the Best Buy plus program and my sales associate for the purchase of my TV etc was very good! There should be more specials and discounts for members as well in store etc credit that can build up. Just give it some thought before getting the plus and purchasing.

I shop at best buy to get all of my electronic needs. Ever since I got the membership I had the best warranty ever on any electronic I was able to return without a problem and customer service was amazing.

I was skeptical and hesitant about purchasing my membership at first. Since then I have seen the value of the extended return policy and the special deals offered only to Members. It has proven to pay for itself.

I wasn't sure about the membership but decided to try it anyway based on potential savings. I end up saving over $100 in the first month plus earned a $50 credit, which easily covered the $50 membership cost.

I don’t use it much, but love the specials it shows me.

bestbuy often offers good deal with the Plus membership

Everyone I work with to help me buy my laptop the case for the laptop and the mouse were great very informative on what I needed how to work it and what was the best product for me I was extremely happy

I was not aware of this membership existence. The clerk introduced me to this and the moment that I heard about this I totally got attached to it. I am still reviewing all the pros and cons on it but so far so good.
