The membership is fine a couple of nice deals here or there.

I saved over $200 in two weeks after becoming a Best Buy plus member. Easily paid for the membership itself plus much more. No brainer if you shop at Best Buy even a handful of times a year.

The staff is welcome and always help me to answer even if i dont buy the item, they are patient to takecare the customer...

After my purchase, the price of my item went down and they matched it! So they stick to their policy can I respect that.

Very efficient way to dispose of electronic equipment

The BB Membership is well worth it. We buy a lot of our electronics and computer equipment directly from the store to save time.

I felt a bit rushed and ended up buying something that I already had on my older computers, and now I have to go back to the store to get a refund. The salesman and even the department manager didn't seem to have a record of the fact that I already had a family version of Microsoft 365 that I could use on my new computer.
