It is good but no to much opportunities of products with good prices

Answered all of my questions and met all of my needs.

This is a worthwhile investment. There are so many technical methods that I don't understand. The team is ready to explain and teach me how to make the best use of our computers and other tech devices.

I purchased an upgrade MacBook Air, from the 13 inch to the 15 inch model. I was initially led to believe that I could do a trade-in for my 13 inch but later after the purchase I learned that you do not take recent models. I bought the 13 inch from you in June, and now I am not able to trade it in. I called your 888 number, and I was not able to get a human being. I am very frustrated and disappointed. The sales person was excellent, Larry treated me very well. It’s just that you have a policy regarding recent purchases, which I don’t understand. It seems having the plus membership doesn’t really make any difference to me.

I havent had to worry about having larger games downloaded. Of course i dont keep every game downloaded. This was a game changer having more memory to not constanrly have games Unable to install
