Good membership got it keep a longer warranty on my laptop.

Already paid for itself. Purchased a tv projector, and the next month it was on sale for $300 less. Just walked into the store, gave my phone number and $300 back into my bank account.

This is a good membership with excellent value. I have had this payoff in just couple of purchases.

Was told that I have 60 extended 60 days return period but it's not for everything. For phones it's 14 days. Lie. Was told they do price match. Want on Amazon and found the same phone at big discount. Was told it doesn't apply because it's not sold by Amazon. What? Are you kidding me? I wasn't told this. Ridiculous. What's the benefit of the membership?

So far so good for this membership. I have no complaints just yet.

Best Buy offers "drops" and I was trying to get multiple products that were selling out within minutes. Due to these products selling so quickly, Best Buy implements a waiting queue to slow the process down on buying these type of products. I ended sitting in queue for 6 hours on one day for one of these drops. I have never encountered as many errors on any other site then I have when trying to buy products through Best Buy. Due to all these errors I reached out to Best buy Support, and an agent said the Best Buy Plus membership would allow me to have a priority queue in the wait room. I bought this product exclusively for this feature. It ended up being a lie and when trying to buy other products while being a Best Buy Plus member, I still sat in a wait queue for hours and all these drops ended up being out of stock by the time the wait room resolved itself. I ended up demanding a refund. The good thing of this membership is it allows you to cancel and will fully refund if it's not what you expect.

So far so good! I was able to secure a discount more than the membership! Highly recommend it. Hope to use it more this year.
