The membership is definitely worth it if you do enough business with Best Buy. Between collectibles and video games, it pays for itself considering the yearly cost. The 60 day return/price match period is also a huge win.

The information on and across websites is muddled and confusing. It gives the impression of being by design to induce clients to delay establishing online access and delay payments to trigger interest rate thresholds. This all seems deceptive and predatory, and is a large part of why the credit industry is viewed with extreme skepticism and distrust. If you want to be better, make things very clear, your rules and instructions should be simple and easy to understand. The font of your text should be large, well contrasted, and easy to read and understand. When I look at your websites and literature, my first thought is that this is the product of years of psychological research into deceiving the client and the public. All of this coupled with the targeted marketing gives an extremely creepy vibe. I don't see a good future built on trust for the credit industry, I see growing disdain and hatred among the general population. You can do better and if you become stewards of financial responsibility you will reap massive rewards, because you will be the first to step up and say enough is enough. Best of luck to you.

I am just in love with my products. Any thing that went wrong was fixed in a speedy time frame. The idea of being able to keep or exchange products in 60 days is awesome! Love the discounts as well.

I don’t mind the membership at all it has great benefits for people that shop at Best Buy. Great value, but whenever I made my purchase of a Xbox Series X that day the employee did not tell me I was buying this when he rang me up. He told me that it was included in the price and it was essentially an extended warranty for my nephews Series X. I was not aware it had auto renew on my credit card or anything. I am not sure if they are trained to pitch My Best Buy Plus in that fashion, but I feel like it is not very transparent and too much of an assumptive approach that could lead to angry customers.

This membership has saved me so much money! When we registered for this membership I had no idea how much money I would save! Worth every penny

Having the Best Buy membership allows you to see pre sales items and you have 2 months to get a price adjustment if the item goes on sale. In addition you have a longer return period.
