I’ve had a membership for a number of years and enjoyed the benefits. With upgrading to Best Buy Plus, there are more benefits I can use

I bought my Best Buy membership to get some rewards and see how it was, Within the next week or so it helped greatly was able to get massive discounts and it made everything easier all together!

I purchased this membership because I felt it would help me when making my purchases. It certainly has since getting the membership. I have purchased a refrigerator and iPad Air and I have other things that I'm thinking of getting. Getting points for these items has been great knowing I can use them in the future

Best Buy has the greatest products with a great staff always willing to help.

This service was incredibly useful to me. A 60 return window made me much more willing to try products knowing i could return them later if they didn't meet my standards. The additional protection on my purchases were also very nice to have.

I haven’t used it much. It was a great suggestion, and we will see how it goes moving forward.

The sole reason this product was suggested to me was because of Pokemon cards dropping at Best Buy. Well I can say every aspect of it was lied about to me by employees. It doesnt grant you invites, it doesnt automatically get you into online drops. It doesnt warn you about stock in store. Im sure there's other benefits but the way it was sold to me was based purely on lies. So if your local BB employees are suggesting this as a way to "help" you buy cards dont fall for it.

The first person met at Best Buy Framingham was Tessa Artous . I told her that we were replacing our old 40 inch Samsung and she helped me find the OLED TI 42 INCH Samsung. She up the dates for installation and walked me through the process and procedures to install with Geek Squad. She advised me of return policies etc. We received helpful communications prior to the date of installation to prepare for the Squad arrival. Two men arrived and took excellent care in the installation. We couldn't be happier unless it was a free Ha Ha! Tessa was great and so were the team that came that day. Thank you Best Buy.

It’s been about a month since I and my wife made a great decision on purchasing GE profile 5.3 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and UltraFresh Vent System+ With OdorBlock with the 7.8 Cu samrt dryer with steam and I have to say we have zero regrets. We really love the venting feature, which helps to sanitize and clean anything

This membership is an overall good value, especially when I purchased mine on a deal that essentially made the first year free. I love having better deals constantly at my fingertips, knowing I can search for my desired product on Best Buy and likely beat prices elsewhere. There are extended return windows, which is nice. The only issue I have with this is that the extended return window for Plus and Elite members is no different from standard members when it comes to products you activate. Since this is a large electronics store, I am assuming this applies to a great deal of their products. Due to this, I find that I’ll miss out on the opportunity to price match and save $100. This isn’t a terrible peeve and doesn’t devalue what this does offer, but I do believe that this should provide an extension over the non membership return window.

Love the benefits that come with this product. If you’re a frequent Best Buy shopper would highly recommend this.

I waited to purchase this level of membership for a while since I used Best Buy for all my tech but I did not get new things very often. I’m my current situation, I decided it was worth it simply for the 2 years of protection on the vast amounts of tech I’ve purchased in the last 10 or so months. I don’t have to worry about anything now and will always have support.
