Best Buy Plus to get great deals and two day shipping is a better value over Amazon Prime for your electronic needs and wants. I will definitely keep the auto yearly renew turned on. The benefits are worth keeping.

This is an excellent program. I have used it and I am so glad that I purchased it prior to the Christmas season and I’m continuing to use it now and I will renew when it’s due.

I feel since your new CEO took over Best Buy has done a terrible job in regards to its customers. I use to spend $100k a year with this company now i spend more like $5k-$10k a year. The rewards program you use to have that rewarded loyal customers was done away with and now you charge customers to allow a savings, pay to save. Its pathetic, the whole membership thing is pathetic. Best Buy should change its name to Can't Buy, since everytime you go into a store nothing is ever in stock then your told you can order it. I can order stuff myself online i don't need Best Buy to do that what i do need is for Best Buy to stock their inventory or close your useless store locations. So i would never recommend a Membership for Best Buy, its taking advantage of people.

I am enjoying my membership. I purchased a monitor and the next day, it went on sale. With the membership, i was able to get a price match and was refunded the difference. Can’t get any better than that.

The membership is great, adds a piece of mind when buying large ticket items

They will try to sell you this to get you NOT to wait for deals. So, I had some big electrical purchases I needed to make over the holiday season. I was just looking around and pricing for comparison on Black Friday, but then came in a member of the sales team who saw I was looking at a $350 keyboard for my iPad. After a lengthy conversation I explained I was just pricing and was waiting until BF for the deals. That's when he busted out the Best Buy membership and said it would give me a 60 day window on returns. I went over everything I would be buying and was assured that if ANY of those things went on sale they would give me back the difference. He then made an excellent pitch that "why wait when you can literally get all of your money back?" So I signed up, paid, and then bought the keyboard. Over the next few weeks I picked up the other items and kept the receipts. When the deals came in I did exactly what the sales team member said and went back to the store to get the difference back..... It was then explained to me that nothing I had bought was included in the 60 day window and there was nothing they could do for me. Since signing up for my Best Buy membership, I have spent a little over 2k. My total savings? $17. Less than $20. This membership is literally not worth it. It takes more work to get the deals than it does to just wait. So if you don't want to part-time job for Best Buy, that doesn't pay you any money. Don't sign up for this membership.

Received new refrigerator. I've maker was not capable with refrigerator & an order was supposed to be placed for correct one and still no confirmation that order was place
