I saved when I joined the membership right away. The membership paid for its self with the first purchase

I got this memebership when I purchased a 5080 GPU, the GPU didn't come with all items that were a part of the promotion. When I contact best buy they just dismised me, and basically said better luck next time. Lesson learned, don't buy anything from best buy

The membership is a really good deal if you are going to best buy. You will get discount prices and notifications when price drops come up. It is what words that end I will renew.

This is a great membership . I have been shopping from Best Buy for many years and with with My Best Buy Plus membership I even get more benefits and better deals

Ended up basically getting this membership for free with a purchase of $500 or more so that's pretty cool. Haven't really used any of the features of it yet, but I'm sure it'll be nice to have.

This membership helps give you access to lower costs compared to anything else on the market. Totally worth the $70 cost

It is a great way to save. With only a few purchases I've gotten back my money I paid to sign up for the Best Buy Plus. And to think I'm still going to be saving money for many months to come!

Good morning, My experience is unfortunate. The salesperson at the Miami Beach store offered me a membership guaranteeing a $400 refund on my card, so I agreed to purchase the products. Far from being an information error, this was a scam that has affected me to this day. I thank the support staff who tried to help me. However, I still don't have the refund in my account.

I got a product that is on sale only for members. I saved $400 so far from the membership within a month and got free 2 day shipping. Worth paying for the membership.

As far as the communications with the Agents were excellent, however, the date of the delivery,(refrigerator) l received a text last minutes indicated for delivery re-schedule, after preparing for delivery, an Agent was helpful to reschedule, he could not tell me the reason, called next day, an agent found the item was back-ordered, they were going to deliver one on the show room which was non-functional (thank you) I do want the brand new refrigerator not the one from the show room. waiting ....... order was placed almost a month ago.

Plus membership seems fine now. Not entirely sure it’s worth the money unless you have a lot shipped often. Was originally purchased due to a “membership benefit” of getting 3-for-the-price-of-2 preordered videogames (if you preordered 3 games in the same order, you got the lowest price one free). This was such a great deal it got me to preorder video games again. But Best Buy removed that “membership benefit” so thoroughly that multiple customer service people couldn’t even find such a deal existed until I gave them prior order numbers to look at. Keeping that benefit in place made this membership a 5star, but losing it with no warning and no explanation damaged any brand loyalty I may have had and makes this membership almost certainly a one time purchase.

This was a great purchase! I am enjoying all the great perks of being a member! As much as the items at Best Buy has to offer that is needed in a home definitely recommend.

This one I don’t have the full experience with but will see in a year.

It provides great discounts but a little hard to use
