I wish there were more perks to the plus membership. It has a good decent value initially depending on the plus deals, however, I don’t agree with buying this as a lone perk. I feel it doesn’t offer much. There should be a longer return period perk to match other competitions where you don’t have to buy a membership. There is a lot of work needed for the improvement of the membership. The plus heavily outvalues the total however. That membership I feel doesn’t provide much of any value behind the “blanket coverage”.

Living in England and will not be back to USA due to age I can’t really get any benefit from being a member. The salesman told me by being a member I got better discount on my purchases.

I’ve been really happy with my My Best Buy Plus membership. The member pricing alone makes a big difference, especially when buying tech regularly. I also like the added benefits like extended return periods and access to Geek Squad support, which gives extra peace of mind. It feels like a smart investment if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year. Overall, it’s convenient, reliable, and definitely worth it.

I love my refrigerator, The salesman who helped was very knowledgeable and friendly he made it a very smooth sale my delivery ended up being g earlier the scheduled they called and notified me it was great. Delivery also explained things to me, also took my old refrigerator definitely will refer people to Best Buy for the awesome service deals and smiles.

Love the idea that this protects me in certain situations. I wasn’t sold on it at first, but I shop here so much that it actually will benefit me in the long run.

I bought the best buy plus and it has been wonderful saving me so much money on my purchases, great deals, and Overall a lifesaver especially for ps5 controllers!

Value and quality of refrigerator is excellent. I like the ability to have different sizes of ice produced, The technology of being able to see contents of the refrigerator without opening provides value to making grocery list.

I normally don’t shop at Best Buy, but I am going to need a new computer soon

This membership paid itself off twice when we purchased our refrigerator. First, the addition items/gifts we received on the original purchase, then again when the price dropped a few weeks later and we were able to retroactively price match.

Bought the membership with an other product. I have been shopping with Best Buy for year and enjoy the quality and competitive pricing. The membership is a bonus

I bought the memebership shortly before Tax Free Weekend in MA (2025). The computer tower that I bought has gone on sale since then. I was reimbursed $50 via the Price Match Guarantee so the membership has paid for itself. I received two $25 gift certificates a few weeks after the purchase based upon the purchase price ($25 for every $250 spent). Unfortunately, the gift certificates expire after one month. I don't really need anything from Best Buy, but I'm forced to make a purchase or they go to waste. The membership is probably worth it if you make frequent purchases. If you only shop there a few times a year the membership is probably not for you.

I think it’s a little worth it I’m not sure I will see once I use it more

I've been really happy with my My Best Buy Plus™ yearly membership and feel it's delivered excellent value. The free shipping on all orders is incredibly convenient for small tech purchases, and the exclusive member pricing has saved me money on several items. Getting early access to major sales helped me snag great Black Friday deals that sold out quickly. The extended return periods and faster customer support are nice bonuses too. The membership easily paid for itself within a few months through shipping savings alone. For anyone who shops Best Buy regularly for tech gear, I'd definitely recommend it.

I think it’s worth having for people who order frequently online. You get free 2 day shipping which is always helpful and there are rewards for your purchases.

Although the items have not been picked up, let alone installed, the purchase was excellent due to the sales associates who assisted us. Klint did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to both products.

At first, I was reluctant to purchase the membership. I thought I would never benefit from it, but shortly after purchasing the refrigerator from Best Buy, I found the exact same model for $100 less, and thanks to my membership, there were no hassles and I was given a price match that more than paid for the price of the membership.

The basic membership we had for one year allowed us to get a discount on a reduced priced printer that we had purchased earlier. We called and got the lower price and a refund of the difference in price on our credit card.

Really depends on how often you buy Best Buy products, however I ran into a recent situation or I was not happy with my purchase but it was past 30 days. Luckily since I have Best Buy plus I was able to return and get a different product with no issues. I'm a big fan of the Plus Membership

Have only had it 2 weeks but I think it will be great … had to buy white but it looks good in my kitchen & I got the one w/o a handle & I like that !! My other one was Whirlpool and was over 25 years old !!!
