I’ve made purchases totaling $6,872 and saved $570 thanks to membership perks like discounts and exclusive deals. The savings are significant, and I appreciate the benefits like early access to sales and free shipping. However, to stay competitive with other retailers like Amazon, I’d recommend a few enhancements:     1.    Price Matching Beyond Purchase: Offering extended price-matching windows to ensure I get the best deals.     2.    Loyalty Rewards: Tiered benefits or cash-back options for high-spending members.     3.    Faster Shipping: A guaranteed delivery timeline could rival Amazon Prime’s convenience.     4.    Exclusive Inventory: More unique or early-release items for members would add extra value. Overall, the membership has saved me money and added convenience, but a few additional incentives could make Best Buy my go-to retailer for every purchase.

The manager recommended this. Instead of 14 day return and price guarantee you get 60 days. It cost $29.99 and our 3 window ac have gone on sale. We've gotten $120 back. A+++++

Useful at times, good when buying a lot, best feature, it extends the return window from 14 days to 30 days (a month).

Would definitely recommend! Has saved me a lot of money. And you get a 60 day return limit compared to the 5 without it. Also have price matching. So if you buy something and it goes on sal you can get that bit of money back!! Definitely recommend

I received 30 day price match on a Sony TV and soundbar. Savings $325.00! I also had a protector screen installed on my new Iphone for free with the membership. Gotta love it!

not sure if this is really worth it but had a short time to think about it during the time I bought from the store. Maybe time will tell if the membership pays for itself.

I was originally skeptical about purchasing the My Best Buy Plus membership. I thought that it was just another money-making venture for Best Buy and had no real value. Boy, was I ever wrong. A couple of weeks after I purchased this membership, I was in the store to buy a new Blu-Ray player. To my surprise, the clerk informed me that the price on a couple of items that I had previously purchased had been reduced and that I now had a refund of the difference available. After calculating the difference my refund came to almost $300.00. Needless to say, that refund more than paid for the cost of the Best Buy Plus membership.

The salespeople, installers and the Geek Squad who installed and set up my new TV and dishwasher were top class. The salespeople, Eric and Michael, were top class. They told us the pros and cons of the products we were looking at and explained everything in detail. They told us what options were available, but there was no pressure to purchase anything. They made great suggestions and demonstrated what the suggestions would do for us. I give Eric and Michael an A+, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a TV or an appliance. Michael and Eric had very detailed knowledge of the products in their respective areas.

Through the Best Buy I am able to purchase things at a discount, but also take my time and pay it back at my own pace without worry or huge interest rates. Membership is ok but kinda hard to understand. I was total that I could change the points to cash but it looks like that is not correct.
