Would have given 5* if Geek Squad would have left the monday morning attitude at home on Mondays.

I have had several excellent experiences with the Geek Squad. The ordering process with Jordan was really good including the tips for use.

Additionally, we put a $150 deposit on a washer/dryer that was never credited back to us. I had to go through CA unclaimed funds to get it, paying $15 for a notarized signature. Such a joke.
