These exclusive offers are great and it feels great to know I'm getting genuine high end merchandise. With Amazon you sometimes end up with knock off equipment or damaged equipment sold by shady dealers. BestBuy only deals with the genuine warehouses that have the products and never rely on shady resellers

I signed up for Best Buy Plus to get a discount on my new PC, and that was fine. However, the promise of big savings in the future is questionable. I found a microwave oven with a big discount due to my membership, but after checking other stores online, I found the exact same unit at Lowe's for the same price as Best Buy's "big discount." I bought it from Best Buy, just to get the free delivery, but i wasn't impressed by the benefits.

The membership was totally worth it! I purchased a set of headphones for my son that broke down after two months, and received a new set as replacement, no questions asked!

Saved $1000 when the item went on sale after the time allocated and the membership extended it. Coupons are very useful. Thanks for recommending the membership.

I recently moved into our new house and I came in to the store and my Wife and I purchased a Bella Pro Series which was on sale and also had bestbuy deliver our 2 new refrigerators and why stop there? We also purchased the membership that offers us annual discounts and added a brand new samsung washer and dryer! Thinking of buying a playstation 5 with all the bells and whistles. Membership is a must gotta-have-it!

An overall enjoyable experience to shop at Best Buy the title says it all. The employees are excellent informative and friendly. I really enjoy shopping there and highly recommend.
