good membership, but it gets renewed automatically which isn't that great tbh

We were in the market for a TV but unsure of the difference between all the options. The employee took his time to walk us through everything and find a great Sony 75 inch TV!

Nice for extended window of price-match guarantee!

So far, I have been impressed on availability, price, and quality of items shown in the membership. I like the way that information is sent to me as it seems to be cost efficient and available, two things that are important to me. I have been very happy with my purchases in the past year as they have worked well and the delivery timing has been excellent.

I was able to lower a price of a purchase. Discounts are always good.

Worth it for big purchases. I will have to wait and see how I feel about it over time.

It does give me piece of mind to have the membership. I can call,and actually talk to a real person 24/7. Everyone is very friendly and polite. If the person you are speaking with, cant answer your questions, they will put you in touch with someone who can. It's an awesome feeling, knowing someone is there for you,you're not wasting your time, or waiting, because they have put you on hold for a lengthy period of time.

The membership was a help with my original transaction at Best Buy. However, I made only one purchase during the year I had the membership.

I purchased this as the only way to get any money back on an item I returned after the 14 day return policy that I was unaware of. I purchased a new printer that was defective and because I mistakenly thought I had 30 days to return it I was basically only able to get a refund of about half of what I paid for the printer.

Saved $800 on our purchase of a new KitchenAid refrigerator a couple of months ago. I would not have purchased this fridge without that benefit. Certainly worth the membership price.

I think the membership is very beneficial if you are one of those people who buys often at Best Buy. Another thing is the customer service when making an exchange is quite satisfactory. Without so much blah blah, they make the exchange excellent.

An associate advised me in selecting headphones. He recommended a more expensive set that was on sale. His suggested headphones were much better quality and because of the sale it was not much more expensive. I was in and out of the store really fast, excellent experience.

I wasn't sure about the Best Buy plus but it was so slick to use we upgraded to the Total membership

Membership is fantastic, Quality device and install was flawless.

Brady did a great job answering our questions and assisting at the checkout. The membership saved us a lot. Worth purchasing.

They should place more gratuities for purchases and tangent the membership

This was the best purchase to be able to have peace if mind that best buy has my back in case if issues with any purchases plus the member discounts are amazinh

It was helpful when I first started with the initial purchase. I was given a bunch of special deals. I did not see any advantage later on though.

Continue to be pleased (and sometimes, pleasantly surprised) by the special offers given to BestBuy plus members. Keep up the goo work!

Was a good value. Saved more by getting it than the membership costs. Look out for good deals with this, it is really beneficial, especially if you are buying multiple appliances or anything best buy sells.
