I didn’t have much time when I went to Best Buy because I was on my way to the airport, but I stopped in because it was tax-free weekend. I found a very knowledgeable sales person who helped me select the right TV and sound bar and mounting bracket. I left there smiling When the geek squad came, it was a complicated amount, but they had absolutely no problems. The two of them were knowledgeable and polite and fast. They stay to set up the TV and subwoofer. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"

I love LG TVs, they last and have a great image. I have 3 of them, and wouldn't get any other brand

Sales person was amazing and very help full but service getting appliances installed was terrible had to reline stove to be level with countertop and microwave and dishwasher were canceled 4 times after i already took time off of work we finally installed them are self not happy at all .

I like that it has lots of room and that you can easily see what’s in it. I also like putting water and soda in the wide drawer, they stay very cold.

I’ve been a My Best Buy Plus member for a few year now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty solid experience. For $49.99 a year, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth it, but the perks have added up. The free 2-day shipping is a game-changer—no minimum purchase needed, which is awesome for small stuff like cables or accessories. I’ve saved a decent chunk with the exclusive member prices too; I snagged a laptop recently and got $50 off just for being a member, so the membership basically paid for itself right there. The extended 60-day return window is another big plus. It takes the pressure off when I’m buying something I’m not 100% sure about—like a gadget I might want to test out for a while. I also like getting early access to sales and new products; it feels kinda cool to get first dibs on stuff before it’s gone. That said, it’s not perfect. If you don’t shop at Best Buy a lot, the value might not be there—I’ve had months where I didn’t use it much and wondered if it was worth renewing. And some of the ‘exclusive’ deals aren’t always mind-blowing. But overall, for someone like me who’s into tech and shops Best Buy regularly, it’s been a no-brainer. Under the Best Buy Membership program I recently bought a new 75” Samsung TV, with same brand Sound Bar system and a new TV Stand to hold it and was convinced by the Best Buy staff to sign up for the Best Buy Membership program. Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the Best Buy Membership program. It’s easy to understand and as everything was broken down to me by the sales rep. The free 2-day shipping and 60-day return window alone have saved me stress and money on the items I purchased and an option to get Geek Squad support is a huge plus. I’ve already used the tech help a couple of times and they solved my issues super fast—no extra charge. Definitely feels like good value if you shop at Best Buy a few times a year or want peace of mind with expensive electronics. The exclusive member deals and early sale access are nice bonuses too. I can view access everything on the Best Buy App as a Plus Member.
