I have not had much of a chance you use my rewards membership yet but hope so in the near future. I think it was worth it so far.

It's worth it if the savings is there and you're about to buy something big. Staff is super flexible and honestly makes me want to buy at BestBuy more often than Amazon now.

Our membership has provided much value. We've been able to purchase and replace goods that are important in our lives. Geek Squad has provided outstanding, invaluable service when we've had decisions to make with past, current purchases, and most of all their expertise and knowledge for us to take the right course of action.

After a horrendous 4 wks trying to deal with Samsung to replace a tv that had died after only 6 months, Best Buy stepped up and solved my issue with a new TV. It did take ma awhile to get BB to act on my behalf but I now have a beautiful TV which I hope will last!,,

The deals are usually on stuff I want or need. I wish they would discount HP toner and I would rave about it. I’ve definitely saved money though.

The Best Buy Membership enabled me to save money on a Desktop Computer about 3 months ago. Also I was able to make a supplemental purchase, a video camera, to mount on my monitor.

Purchased this to get discount that day. Don't believe I'll be using it often and do not plan to renew for future use.

INFORMATION GIVEN FOR "BEST BUY PLUS" WAS NOT CORRECT. I WAS INFORMED I COULD LOG INTO APP AND REMOVE CREDIT CARD FOR AUTO RENEWAL. I TRIED WHILE IN STORE AND IT WAS NOT TRUE, WE CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT CANNOT BE DONE. I WAS NOT MAD BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WITH MY PURCHASE WAS AWESOME UNLIKE ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS COLD AND UNHELPFUL.

This membership paid for itself with my first purchase.

Seems to be a good value for the fee. Many benefits including price match and refund of price change if it goes on sale

Very good for the price point but the fact is the market has a very low chance to go up

The Sunday Ticket deal was worth the cost of membership alone. Every else is gravy - good gravy!

I honestly have not used it as much as I could have or should have. I'm sure it's a great benefit if you take advantage of it!

I'm giving this 5 stars as I was able to pre-order a Switch 2 about 40 minutes after the release. I assume this is because I had the Best Buy Plus membership.

Not actually worth the cost unless you are a person with several devices that have to stay upand running at all times like for your business
