I have not taken advantage of any services at this point.

I didn’t use this product much. I don’t buy from Best Buy enough for me to be worth it.

I did not have to use any of my benefits this year. Will definitely renew as the Geek Squad support will be invaluable as I update my aging home electronics.

Tv I have bought is was not a good choice. Picture is sometimes 1/4 screen or half screen. Not a good product. Have called company several times. Not been able to fix reception.
