If you buy a large dollar item or a couple small purchases then this is a no brainer on the savings. Just do an estimate on purchases you will do in upcoming year and see if you hit the breakeven point for the discounts to equal the purchase price.

Deals are pretty good, normally $50 off, however the items the deals on are on are very select. Like for pc parts, you won't find anything, but you can find decent deals on appliances

Best Buy is my “go to” store for computers, iPads, printers, tvs and appliances and it took one smart sales associate, John, when I was buying IPhone necessities to recommend it! This membership is a great deal. Special prices and discounts, and exclusive members buying offers, geek squad support on your merchandise. And the opportunity of buying merchandise with a protection plant and replacing it at any time that the item is defective. Everything is made easy and there is no hiding fees or anything, I would recommend it to everyone it worth every penny.

Since we don't do a lot of shopping at Best Buy, I have't decided yet if the membership is a good deal.
