I saved a lot of money on my new Cafe appliances with the Best Buy membership and also got a $75 gift card after my purchase. With that I bought a matching $100 toaster and only paid $30 for it!

Since we don't do a lot of shopping at Best Buy, I have't decided yet if the membership is a good deal.

The Best Buy Plus membership is well worth it. I would have paid more if I had not bought the plan. Best Buy charges $99x2 to transfer data from a computer another. Plus, you can get unlimited help from the Geek Squad as long as you’re on the plan.

So far, so good. I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad service but I’m glad it’s available.

Nothing but positive experience and the Geek Squad is great. So happy I made this choice.

One of the main reasons I am a member is to buy high end audiophile equipment from Best Buy Magnolia, but you stoped carrying high end stereo equipment. I wanted to buy a ROTEL preamp but to my surprise you no longer carry that brand or Mcinstosh tube amps.

I like the options being part of the Best Buy membership offers and the benefits you receive.

I I bought a membership at the same time I ordered an open box LG washing machine for my daughter. It was installed on a Thursday, but when it was first used, it sprayed water all over. A Best Buy tech came out on Saturday and said that it was not repairable. After lengthy negotiations by telephone from Europe with several Best Buy representatives about whether a "used" machine of the type I bought could be replaced on warrenty, I agreed to pay an additional $85 to have it replaced. I was not wholly satisfied with this outcome.

Not really sure what the membership did for me - I was hoping to get the same value of the yearly subscription vs earning the status with purchase points. I can honestly say I spent more at Best Buy when I accumulated points thru purchases and trying to get the Plus status than with the yearly subscription. Most membership deals are the same deals you can quickly find online- I'll stick around for a little while longer to see if deals get better but preferred the old point system vs current pay to play subscription
