I needed all new appliances, and made the rounds to get the best price, and info. Best Buy had what I needed, and the salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I completed my purchase, and the appliances were installed shortly after. Thank you.

The associate in store lied to me and said that the NFL Sunday ticket was included for free with either membership plan. I stopped doing business with you guys for several years after spending most of my adult life buying every TV, Computer, appliance, etc. from you guys when you started the whole membership stuff. I decided to give you guys another try and even opened a $4,000 credit line with your BestBuy Citi Visa Card. I spent $3,000 that day because you only give the 10% rewards on the initial purchase which in itself was sad. You would think it would at least be one day not one purchase. So I go to try and redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket and then it says I need to pay an additional $258 for the package. I later find out the information I was given about the motherboard they sold me was incorrect and one of the drives I purchased had to be returned as it would be a waste as the board was not capable of the speeds it was rated for. Had I known this I could have purchased 2 of the correct one’s for the same price and not missed out on the 10% rewards due to your single purchase policy. The absolute cherry on top was the $800 3D Printer I had ordered was delivered to the wrong house… Unbelievable first experience back. I feel foolish for opening this credit line. I paid off my balance in full and I’m considering closing the account.

Best Buy really takes care of my needs with this service.

It would be nice if android was included in service repairs not just iphone but other than that nice knowing theres a team you can speak to regarding products and information on other coverage perks.

I understand the whole premise of the card, but I have not gotten the chance to really use many of the different advantages. Otherwise, it is great having a service to get good deals on!

Best Buy Plus has enabled me to have additional time after purchasing a product to return it if there is a problem. I have found that sometimes a product may function well for a short period of time and then fail (through no fault of Best Buy), in which case it can be returned with no questions asked.

I needed a replacement remote for my Roku tv as I misplaced mine !! I asked a clerk to send me help and James G showed up promptly & guided me to the remote I needed.. very nice & polite & is a valuable clerk at BestBuy !!!!

This membership is 10/10. From the deals to the fast shipping it’s all really a plus. The price is even perfect for a year! I personally buy Video Games a lot and the amount of discounted games we unlock with this memebership is phenomenal.

Customer service person was very attentive and gave correct, logical answers.

This as been worth every penny, I bought a soundbar and was unable to get it open or installed do to some business trips I had to go on the last moment, anyways, when I got home the return period had expired. When I tried to connect the equipment it did not work but with the 60 day return policy I returned it for another one no questions asked

With one purchase the membership was covered. You ask “how is that?” Because a gift card for $50 to use at Best Buy was provided for a future purchase.

The Plus membership benefits was a great surprise and super beneficial. The salesman did a great job of explaining all the benefits and it has turned out to be better than that. Highly impressed by the overall experience. Highly recommend it.
