The entire experience was disappointing. I went in to see a product advertised at a certain price only to be told it was out of stock. I prefer to buy local rather than purchase anything on Amazon, but in the end it felt like a bait and switch.

I wasn't planning to purchase the membership, but I got a great deal on an EV charger that covered the cost of the membership for the year. I haven't bought anything else, but I'm looking forward to seeing what I can use it on during the holiday season.

I bought this with a gift card to Best Buy I received from my health insurance company. So far I've not used any benefits. I see now that I really need the more expensive one to get true benefits.

Updates and daily or weekly deals are frequent but not overwhelming. Not every offer is ideal for you but are nonetheless a real deal. I have started helping family members get what they are looking for and build to my benefit. Will renew.

A worthy benefit of the sales and discounts access which I could get elite member of no charge in past anyway reasonable price for yearly membership.

If you’re like me, Best Buy is our go to store for everything technology related, so a My Best Buy Plus Membership is a must have. It pays for itself in our savings.

We were there just to buy the Nintendo 2 for my son and the gentleman that checked us out was very nice and helpful

Useless. The “consultant” said this and my 3 year Geek squad warranty would cover my Floor model Samsung Laundry center exactly like a new model, and when we got it installed and the dryer was making an odd scraping noise when we turned it on the first time- the customer service refused to honor that claim and said it’s not eligible for replacement but could have a repair technician come out. He came out a week later, and told me he could shove a 2x4 into the back of the unit and push the outer case back out, which was rubbing on the drum- he said there was no way to know this in the store by looking at it. He said it would likely pop back out at some point even if he did that and I may want to request a replacement which is covered under my plan and warranty. I called customer service back, and they said because it was a floor model they couldn’t honor that and I had to speak with the Store Manager. Who by the way, you can’t call ahead of time because there are no direct lines into the store, it routes you to the 1-800. They told me I had to go into the store WITH THE ENTIRE LAUNDRY CENTER if we wanted to even discuss a replacement. Mind you, I had to hire delivery to get it home! All this, and the price difference (with the 3 year BB warranty we bought) between the new unit and the floor model was 150$. I will not be purchasing any further appliances from BB, and I would suggest no one buy any floor models unless you’re comfortable risking throwing the money away if it doesn’t function when you get it home. Definitely never buy the warranty, this is the second time I’ve had issues getting them to honor it on faulty appliances.

I purchased a tablet for my wife for Christmas and from the time I entered the store I was offered assistance and directed to the correct area. The staff member was helpful, and I was out of the store in a timely manner.

This membership was at a reasonable price. The membership is great for people that shop at Best Buy.

My Dyson blow dryer is truly the best dryer I've ever had....and I've had plenty! It drys my hair hair evenly, causing less brush stokes and time. My hair is smooth and soft. I used to wash everyday but this blow dryer keeps my hair looking so good that I can go 3 days but prefer 2 at times. I recommend the Dyson blow dryer to everyone with hesitation.

I did receive a refund when the price went down on the computer I purchased. It was a fairly easy process and they answered the phone!
