It was not expensive and that saved me money for other things I wanted to buy. Getting messages and updates kept me in the loop. I felt very special like I was getting five star service.

Wish is wasn't so pricey but so many benefits that it does pay for itself.

Early doorbuster offers are nice. However, I don’t see huge price benefits.

Having the membership is so nice being in College. There are so many things that are useful and being able to receive offer weekly and deals is great!

I've recently added my membership plus to my account and I thought about it at first just because not one wants to pay additional costs but it made the best sense. I regularly purchase items, mostly video games and it helps with deals but also returns in items I'm not certain on; it gives me longer return dates to try something out longer.

Better way of all to buy with BestBuy love this store and my shopping was successfully great on Christmas shopping with not enough time in my part but like always BestBuy make this season better.

After years of membership we will not be returning to Best Buy. After purchasing a new MacBook + a docking station, I found that I could not connect 2 additional monitors at once. After spending over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and 3 additional trips to the store to work with Geek Squad there, their 'experts' finally figured out that I had to convert the 2nd monitor to USB-C for it to work. (despite there being 2 HDMI ports on the docking station that they sold me, had me return once, and insisted had a driver problem that they attempted to correct for HOURS). This, however, wasn't what lost Best Buy our business; they lost our business because after all of this fiasco - I asked them to comp me the cord to convert my 2nd monitor from HDMI to USB-c --- since I had spend a good deal of money in their store and then a lot of hours, lost work time, gasoline, and incorrect 'fixes' from them. Their answer .... 'We are running a business so we can't give away products'. The offered me 20% off. So to save probably $20 dollars... Best Buy & Geek Squad lost customers forever.

Just go this for the 60 day return period so I could try a new par of wireless headphones. It helped bc it took me for than 14 day to realize i didnt like the headphones. I.e. fit / sounds
