I was fairly suspect of buying a membership just to buy more stuff, but this has been more than worth it and paid for itself in just a couple of months. Granted that was Black Friday/Christmas shopping, but still. Some items are just a couple of dollars off but I’ve gotten as much as $50 off of a sale price fridge.

Definitely worth the money. Just for the warranties!

The sales person was great! Getting the membership saved us money on our laptop and we got lots of rewards pounts. Registering it and cteating an account online has been a disaster, hence only 3 stars. Your system gave me a lot of roadblocks and ended up hooking into my old account from 12 YEARS ago with the wrong email address AND Rewards Number! Your Customer support person had to refer the problem to another dept and I haven't heard a word from them! Nice Follow through, NOT!

I am very glad I purchased the My Best Buy Plus membership…not only for the savings on special items, but mainly for the extended return time window. It gave me time to assemble all the components I wanted to use with my new Mac Studio and to decide if each piece was exactly what I wanted. It took away the stress and gave me peace of mind.

Got this membership in case my purchase price went down in 90 days. The TV mount went on sale by more than $100, so I got that back and it paid for the membership also. Cannot wait to use it again on another purchase.

The best part is advanced notice on great early "Members only" discounts. Members should always make sure all purchased items are covered.

What can I say? You're not thinking clearly if you DON'T get a My BestBuy Total Plus membership. Out the gate, it paid for itself. On top of that, they reward system is freaking great. I've already accumulated over $100 in same as cash rewards! Do it.

This membership has saved me a few times with my previous computer. I have no doubt that my new computer will receive the same speedy help with the membership.

I’m happy to be a member plus at BestBuy because the I’ve been able to save a lot of money since. The staff at Best Buy are very professional and polite, they give you 100% attention to questions you might have and their knowledge gives you confidence to buy the product.

Think I got a good deal on the tv I purchased. Love the features. Had it mounted on the wall and it’s very nice. Aaron and Alicia did a wonderful job of mounting it.

Store personnel were fine, helped me find what I wanted and arrange delivery. 2 men delivered the fridge and the older one argued forever about 3 steps and wanted to leave it in the yard. Called me “old lady” in Spanish while arguing with his boss. Nasty, nasty man
