Purchased the trio of appliances. Fridge, dishwasher & microwave. Love them

I had purchased this membership to make it easier to buy a computer for my daughter for Christmas (The kind where you buy all the components and then put it together.) However, nearly a month after the purchase, I still HAVE NOT been issued the reward credit. Customer service chat was NOT helpful as they suggested I go to a physical store to have the points added manually. This membership isn't worth it unless it actually functions like it's supposed to. Cheaper and quicker shipping is just peachy but if I'm going to renew this membership in the future, they really need to address the rewards points.

This membership was something I did not know I needed. I accidentally added it to my cart when I was checking out and it made my total checkout price go down! I was in shock because you would never think adding something would take the price down. I looked further into the benefits that the membership came with and it was a no brainer that I should get it. I drowned my laptop and if i can do it once I can do it again, so now i feel more comfortable having the yearly membership.

With the membership, It lets you return any item within 2-month period. It will give you the time if you really like or need the item.

I would definitely recommend this for someone who make purchases often as it offers good prices and protection plans. The great part is it offers 60 days return policy which is usually 15 days without this.
