The Best Buy plus membership was a good value for me from the start as I was able to receive a slightly higher trade in value on my two used iPads. I then received my two newly purchased (and on sale) iPads from Best Buy overnight! Couldn’t have worked out better for me

Love how best buy is still in business! Many electronic stores have shut down, while best buy offers a customer centric membership for really cheap it just shows how great of a company Best Buy really is.

I was persuaded to buy the plan in order to "rescue" a return that was outside the standard Best Buy return window. But it was not explained to me that the amount I would "save" by reinstating and receiving the return, was a lot less than the cost of the plan.

Great product and excellent customer service. The extended warranty is a must and highly valuable.

I just love the extended time we have to try out new things like home electronics, specially the ones designed for intelligent homes. There are so many out there, and some are hard to use. With the extra return time we have plenty of time to try then out!

The membership is a real deal especially when used in combo with the phone app. You get notifications on deal drops; you get a longer return window; you get a longer window for matching price drops.

I didnt really use the membership other than buying a laptop when I signed up.
