I was building a computer and wanted the 60 day return that come with the membership, I believe it was worth it over the 14 day you usually get. I did take some stuff back and bought different stuff. I saved the amount of the plan on my first purchase.

we were able to get a refund on a TV we bought before Christmas and in feb it went on sale for a lower price and they refunded our money yay!!

THE PRODUCT HAS HELD UP WELL SO FAR, BUT i WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. i PAID TO HAVE THE dISHWASHER HARD-WIRED, BUT THE INTALLER CHARGED ME $142 FOR A SWITCH i DID NOT NEED TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL BUIDING REGULATIONS. BEST BUY WOULD NOT PUT THE PRESSURE ON THE INSTALLER TO REMOVE THE SWITCH AND REFUND MY $142. local rEGUALTIONS DID NOT REQUIRE THIS SWITCH.
