Bought this and wasn’t sure I’d like it. I think it is a great tool for shopping at Best Buy. I have zero complaints.

Installers did a great job installing the new refrigerator. Refrigerator works great. Lot of storage space.

It isn't necessarily the Buy Plus that deserves four stars, it is the service I received when buying the program. Waited about 30 minutes for an associate to help me in cell phones (I think there were only 2 employees in the whole store). The process of returning the defective phone I purchased and buying a replacement was awful.

Although I have not yet used my membership, I feel comfortable knowing that I have a team I can rely on for expert support and service.

Membership is actually very worth getting if you shop at Best Buy even one or two times, they price match and have great deals. Can’t beat the price either $50 for an entire year and extended return windows!!!
