I used to avail my best buy membership offers long ago... Of late it's changed multiple times and I don't know or understand the value at all... It would be good if it went back to how it was earlier where I could clearly see points and issue gift certificates.

I have nothing to add to this review. Since it is too new and the experience is just starting I have nothing more to say.

I bought this because I was encouraged to do so because the laptop would decrease. In November, it did decrease $300. I went to the app and did what I was supposed to and it said there was an issue so I had to do the chat. I talked to somebody by chat. I talk to somebody by the telephone. I talked to somebody by email a day or so later they tell me I need to go back to the store. I go to the store and they can’t do anything about it so they tell me to reach back out so I keep going back-and-forth. I have wasted hours of my time and it is still not resolved as of December 5. Everyone I talk to you says I need to call this person or I need to go to the store or I need to do it on the app I’ve done all of them numerous times and zero has occurred in $300 is a substantial difference.
