I haven't had the opportunity to really see the benefits of the membership come through, but I feel that the plus is worth it for the 60 day return window alone! It definitely helps add some peace of mind, especially for the holidays.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Anyway, thanks forreading. Sorry my typing was sloppy. I highly recommend getting the plus membership!!!

Definitely a game changer controller with 1k poll rate however it takes some getting used to if you have been using Xbox elite

I always have a good service when I bought supplies for my daughter school include laptop and other supplies. I had a good experiences in best buy store. My daughter is also like the the qualities of the items we purchase in best buy store. The employees always helped us pick out he best items we need.

Made a big purchase so it actually saved me money by getting a membership

I would like to recommend all the employees I dealt with at Best Buy’s store especially Mike Sellers & Gio they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely matter. There was a delivery/installation issue that they both took the time to resolve asap and Mike also made sure that my counter depth refrigerator fit in the space and got back to me right away without question, via calls and text. If Best Buy’s keeps employees like these their business will always do well. I will recommend this store every time.

Made a purchase in January during the Samsung appliance sale. To date, I have still not received my range or hood vent or the counter top air fryer. I did receive the new fridge and absolutely LOVE it and the four ice options. My whole family is loving that part. Also love the easier access and better storage that comes with the fridge and freezer drawer. Haven't missed my old fridge one bit! As far as my membership, I am disappointed with regards to my items being significantly delayed. I was told range was oversold and now has to wait on manufacturing. For some reason, the rep could not send the hood vent or air fryer earlier because the system would not allow it. So I haven't been able to enjoy the air fryer, which is actually available for pick up in store just 30 minutes away. That needs improvement in Best Buy processes.

If you are unsure, like I was, about paying for a My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, it is well worth the money if you plan on shopping with Best Buy. I have been “window” shopping for an 85” or larger TV for my living room for over 2 years, while I both saved the money and waited for prices on the newest technology of mini-LED TV’s to level out. I purchased this membership specifically for an enormous additional discount, above the already discounted “on sale” price on the specific TV I wanted. Even after the price of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, my discount was $500 off the “on sale” price. You don’t have to have an advanced mathematics degree to understand how great of a deal that was and I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and my decision to become a My Best Buy Plus™️ member. In regards to the service received when the gentlemen delivered my television, I’ll have to leave a different review as to not distract anyone from my simple review of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership. It was well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone planning on making some medium to large purchases, monetarily speaking. In the beginning of the year I decided to become a Best Buy member because of possible price matching for cell phones. I have drain my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery twice grinding out COD mobile seasons. Being a member allowed me to price match some phones from Metro by t mobile and that was great. We also waited In line for the Nintendo Switch 2 and not only received nice little gadgets but also they gave us insurance if we weren’t satisfied with the purchase we could return it without losing 10 percent for the restocking fees. An additional 50 bucks for the year upon first purchase feels like an excessive add on especially with all these new Apps we all subscribe too. But so far color me impressed with being a Best Buy member

When I got the new washer, I didn't know how to use it properly. I almost wanted them to take it back. I called and got Valerie on the phone. Then I went back to the store and we saw Jim, who was really great. He told us how to stop the machine, if we wanted to add another Item in, and how to start it up again. I was just concerned about how much water and If I had enough soap in the machine.
