The free shipping is quick, the member pricing actually saves me money, and the protection perks give some peace of mind when I buy electronics. I shop here often enough that the membership pays for itself. No issues so far and the benefits stay consistent

It is worth the money, money savings and hassle free of returning and deals. I believe I’ve received great value. Just a good protection and I got wayy faster shipping on an item I needed quickly. They go above and beyond for membership holders.

This membership is a good value. My only negative is that it came with a $50 promotion certificate that was emailed to me. Unfortunately, it went into my junk email box and I didn't see it until after it expired. I stopped into the store and was told to call customer service and they would reissue the certificate. When I called the phone number they gave me, I was told they wouldn't reissue it so now I'm out the $50. I wish they would have just given a gift card at the time of purchase instead of emailing it a week later.

I havent had any issues, but i received a lot of help from staff and gave me the break domw of what it is.

NA Still not sure how that membership works. Employees there tooo busy talking with each other n No Help. Management needs to see how many people are in a group just talking!!!!!!

I haven’t used it for anything so far other than the initial purchase. I didn’t need to return the items I bought so have not needed to use the extended return window. I did like the peace of mind knowing I had more time if I needed to return the items.
