Well, most of the time it's a great feature as we get longer times to review items, and return windows. I was trying to purchase a Video card recently and each time I was lucky enough to get one in my Card they would charge my Credit Card, then 5 minutes later Cancel the order. This happened like 5 times. I called customer service and was told that was nothing I could do but to keep trying. Telling me to use a different Card or some other means. I believe they were treating me like some Auto Buy Bot for those GPU's even though I was a real person with a Plus membership and calling them on the phone. Needless to say, I had to purchase the GPU from Amazon instead. Also tried to purchase A TV and same problem, Warranty was $500 to extend but Samsung provided a free extended 4-year warranty, so again did not purchase from Best Buy. So this year, I have not used my Plus membership due to not being able to purchase anything without the orders being canceled. I may let it lapse this year, and if I need another high-dollar Item, repurchase.

Good plan to have just in case! I would definitely recommend it!

I purchased a new computer with the help of my son and the membership was purchased at the same time. I am not sure how often I will use it due to being older but it is good to have.

Member plus should give us better pricing on electronics and tv. I’m a member plus and people that don’t have it getting the same price. When things go on sale with should get a better deal then the nexts. Beside that. I have no problem with it.

It is a very good phone in all durable sturdy and has all the features I look for in a phone.

I had the pleasure of working with a superb Best Buy employee whose name I wish I could remember. I purchased the Sonos arc and subwoofer . I was a little hesitant but the employee made me feel safe purchasing the membership.

I am very grateful I got my Best Buy plus membership for $25. I have been enjoying the 60 day return policy and membership pricing as well and I’m looking forward to utilizing these deals.

Initially, my wife and I were going to decline this membership. However, our LG representative salesman encouraged us to go ahead and purchase it, with the anticipation of potential price matches down the road. To date, we have lowered our purchase price by $200. So even with the roughly $50 membership price, we are net positive $150. We are glad we purchased the membership.

The extended return period is great, being able to spend time with the items I purchased and find if they’re suited for me gives me peace of mind.
