I've been able to get price adjustments for things that I have purchased, and saved even more money. It's been well worth it.

I paid for Best Buy Total because the employee told me that it was the ONLY form of service or replacement plan available for a Samsung tablet (I should've known from that moment that he didn't have any idea what he was talking about). I was then told that if you buy this "magical fix all" Best Buy Total that NO MATTER WHAT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED your product would be replaced or repaired FREE OF ANY EXTRA CHARGE since I have Total. Even if your product was destroyed, as long as you had even pieces of it, it would be replaced. Then I was told if products needed to be repaired, they would be expedited to their service center (less than 48 hours), prioritized, fixed (5 days max.), & shipped back (less than 48 hours). If for any reason that it couldn't be repaired, it would be replaced. So after being charged an extra fee to have it sent to be repaired, it took them 5 months & 4 returns to their service center to fix a cracked screen that they never fixed or replaced. After 3 store managers telling the service center it needed to be "junked out" so they could issue me a refund, it finally took a random store employee to take it upon themselves to issue me a refund. When I finally received the refund I bought another tablet & a completely different employee (while looking at my account that's showing i already pay for Best Buy Total) tried to sell it to me again. Then proceed to tell me the EXACT same lies about how quick & easy, no questions asked, free of any extra charge, Best Buy Total would be. Best Buy Total is a joke & the store employees selling it have no clue what they're talking about.

This purchase has been beneficial. It has saved me a lot of money and time on my PC.
