Definitely worth the price, no just for the special prices but warranty in purchases and services is excellent.

I use to not be a fan of warranties and service contracts. BestBuy has been 5 stars, Great support, Outstanding Customer service. Best experience with products when having issues… they take care of you. So many time there is no longer good Customer Service, or they won’t stand behind their product. Even the manufacture might not help you, but if protected by Best Buy, then No worries… So many places these days offer poor customer service, if you are even able to get to speak with a real person….

hasn't let me down yet. It's nice having the peace of mind. AND with this, the discounts on select new purchases make it pay for itself.

Any new product I purchase can be added to the play. It's a great incentive to keep buying. The cost is reasonable and the service is great.

I am very thankful I have My Best Buy Total..The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because I find it a little odd that you pay a fee for the year but then there is a charge if you need to have someone come to the house.
